Bad Reichenhall (14 May 2006)

Making a pitstop on the way back, Bad Reichenhall is a peaceful German town near the Austrian border renowned for its production of salt.


The flowers were in full bloom though

Windows decorated with ribbons... Someone's birthday?


Ah... I was right. Mozart's celebrating his 250th birthday! Especially in Salzburg which is just a hop across the border, where he was born.

The flowers are out and in full bloom! Too bad the rain toppled some of them... Haiz...




















Flowers and the mountains... I don't mind living here!

So much for a pitstop... Really beautiful one at that... Back to our apartment!
